Terms of Service

By using Delta After School you agree to these Terms with PRPL 7 Inc. (“we”, “us”). If you don't agree, please don't use the service. If you set up a learner, you confirm you are their parent, guardian, or an authorized teacher.

Delta After School is an online learning platform that turns curriculum into daily practice using spaced repetition and AI-assisted lessons, hints, and grading. It is an educational aid provided as-is and is not a substitute for school or professional advice.

You're responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials safe, and for activity under the learner profiles you create. Please provide accurate information.

Delta After School is in beta. Features, curriculum coverage, and pricing may change as we improve it, and some things won't be finished. We'll give families notice before any material change to plans or prices.

Every family starts with a 14-day free trial. Paid plans (Core and Premium) renew each billing period until canceled, at the prices shown in the app. When card payments are enabled, billing is handled by our third-party payment processor.

You can cancel anytime from the family dashboard; cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the current paid period. Except where the law requires otherwise, we don't provide pro-rated refunds for partial periods.

Discount codes are offered at our discretion, have no cash value, and may be limited in number or withdrawn at any time.

Don't misuse the service — no attempts to break security, scrape or resell content, upload unlawful material, or use it to harm others. Curriculum and lesson content belong to us or our licensors and are for personal, non-commercial family or classroom use.

Some content is generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. Treat it as a study aid and use your judgment.

You keep your rights to what you and your learners submit. You grant us a license to use that content as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

You can stop using Delta After School at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated or to protect the service or its users.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

To the extent permitted by law, PRPL 7 Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and disputes are subject to the courts located in Alberta.

We may update these Terms and will post the new version here with an updated effective date.
